These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Honda Capital’s official online store for Atlas Honda Motorcycles, Spare Parts, and Accessories in Islamabad Capital Territory - Pakistan.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a 'Pakistani Resident' to place orders through our platform.

2. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all motorcycles, parts, and accessories sold are 100% genuine and manufactured and/or approved by Atlas Honda Limited (Pakistan) which is a separate entity from Honda Motor Co. (Japan). Whereby, Engine Oils are 100% genuine and manufactured and/or approved Atlas Engineering Ltd. products.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

  • Price will be charged as per the Delivery Date, in case of any price changes via an official notice/announcement by Atlas Honda Limited/Atlas Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Accepted payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash-On-Delivery.

  • Honda Capital reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, unverifiable or conflict-of-interest orders deemed as such by Honda Capital itself.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Risk of Loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch of the product from our premises, unless stated otherwise under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Delivery timelines vary:

    • Motorcycles: 5–45 business days subject to availability (after due diligence & verification)

    • Spare Parts/Accessories: 5–15 business days subject to availability

    • Lubricants: 5-20 business days subject to availability.

  • Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

  • We deliver nationwide through reliable courier services.

6. Product Registration

  • Motorcycles are delivered Unregistered and, as an 'Applied For' product.

  • Authentic 'NADRA' CNIC (National Identity Card), Mobile Contact Number and Accurate Address Details (as per the CNIC) are mandatory to generate the official invoice.

7. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Misuse or fraudulent use may lead to account suspension or legal action.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty is as per Atlas Honda and/or Atlas Engineering guidelines and covers only manufacturing defects in Motorcycles. There are NO Warranty Claims against Genuine Parts, Accessories, Lubricants, Non-Genuine Parts and/or Engine Oils.

  • Warranty Claims against Damage due to Accidents and/or Environmental Factors will NOT be entertained by Atlas Honda Ltd.

  • Installation of Non-Genuine Mechanical and/or Body Parts will void warranty.

  • Use of Engine Oil that is not from Atlas Honda Ltd. will also void warranty.
  • Warranty can be claimed from Authorised Atlas Honda Ltd. Centres nationwide.
9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Resell purchased goods without Authorisation which can 'only' be given by Honda Capital and NO other Entity.

  • Use the site for Fraudulent or Unlawful purposes under the Constitution of Pakistan.

  • Interfere with the site’s operation or any of its' affiliate links.

You may not use this website or our products/services for any purpose that is unlawful, unauthorised, or harmful. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

A. Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

  • Engaging in or promoting any illegal activity under local, national, or international laws.

  • Attempting to purchase products using fraudulent payment methods or stolen credit/debit card information.

  • Submitting false warranty claims, refund requests, or return justifications.

B. Unauthorised Resale or Distribution

  • Purchasing Atlas Honda motorcycles, Genuine Atlas Honda Parts and/or Atlas Engineering Products for unauthorised resale, bulk purchasing, or distribution without express official written, signed & stamped consent by Honda Capital.

  • Altering, mislabelling, or re-branding any Atlas Honda Products and/or Atlas Engineering for commercial gain or misrepresentation.

  • Operating as an unlicensed dealer or reseller using our products or brand association.

C. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Using Atlas Honda's, Atlas Engineering's or Honda Capital's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without authorisation.

  • Copying, modifying, reproducing, or redistributing any content, images, product data, or website code without permission.

  • Impersonating Honda Capital, our dealership, or our personnel in any format, including customer communications, reviews, or social media.

D. Misuse of the Website or Platform

  • Introducing viruses, malware, or other malicious code to disrupt or damage the platform.

  • Attempting to hack, breach, or bypass website security features or customer data protection measures.

  • Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools to extract data, manipulate listings, or overload our servers.

  • Interfering with the user experience of others or attempting unauthorised access to other accounts or back-end systems.

E. False or Misleading Representations

  • Providing inaccurate or misleading contact, identity, or payment information.

  • Posting false reviews, testimonials, or feedback intended to harm or promote a product unfairly.

  • Claiming affiliation with Atlas Honda Limited, Atlas Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd. or our Honda Capital - Authorised Dealership without Proper Authorisation.

F. Abuse of Support Services

  • Repeatedly contacting customer service with fraudulent claims, abusive language, or harassment.

  • Misusing promotional codes, loyalty programs, or referral systems through manipulation or deceit.

10. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent termination of access to our website and services.

  • Cancellation of pending orders and restriction from future purchases.

  • Legal action, including civil or criminal proceedings, where applicable.

  • Reporting to law enforcement, The Government of Pakistan or Atlas Honda Ltd. as necessary.

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor website activity, review transactions, and investigate any suspected violations. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or block users, IP addresses, or devices involved in prohibited conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

Honda Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delays, or third-party service issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Cap on Liability: Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) or service(s) giving rise to the claim.

  • Product Use Risk: Use of any product purchased through this website is at the buyer's own risk. Always refer to the Atlas Honda Motorbike or Part user manuals and consult a qualified technician at an Authorised Atlas Honda Centre, if in doubt.


    13. Due Diligence

    We exercise due diligence in:

    • Sourcing and supplying only authentic Atlas Honda Ltd. products from authorised channels.

    • Sourcing and supplying only authentic Atlas Engineering Pvt. Ltd. products from authorised channels.

    • Verifying inventory quality, condition, and part compatibility based on the information provided by the customer.

    • Providing updated product descriptions and ensuring accuracy in technical data as provided by Atlas Honda Ltd. or its OEM partners.

    • Employing standard data security protocols to protect customer information and online transactions.

    Despite our due diligence, we are NOT responsible for:

    • Customer misuse, misapplication, or improper installation of products.

    • Damage caused by third-party services or unaffiliated mechanics, services by any other Authorised Atlas Honda Centre.

    • Delays or issues arising from supply chain interruptions or manufacturer recalls.

    14. Third-Party Services and Links

    Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, service providers, or embedded tools (e.g., payment processors or shipment tracking tools). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third parties. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk.

     

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

16. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this Limitation of Liability Policy (or Terms of Service) at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and will govern all interactions and transactions thereafter.
