This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased via our official online webstore.


1. Introduction

At Honda Capital, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering high-quality, genuine products as an Authorised Dealership of Honda Motorcycles, Spare Parts, Accessories, Engine Oils and Atlas Engineering Lubricants. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to address such situations clearly and fairly.


2. Inspection upon Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged:

·       Do Not Accept the delivery.

·       Contact our customer support immediately with photographic evidence.

We will arrange for a replacement, return, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


3. Eligibility for Return(s)

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • The return request is made within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, unopened packing, tags, and invoice intact.

·       Provide original invoice and unboxing video (mandatory for courier claims). 

·       If the above criteria are not met, Returns and/or Refunds will NOT be entertained in any shape, form or manner.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used lubricants, engine oils, or fluid containers
  • Electrical components (unless defective upon delivery)
  • Customized orders or special-order parts
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or installation errors

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via phone or email within (48) Forty-Eight Hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or discrepancy.
  3. Email us at order@hondacapital.co 
  4. Mention order number, the issue, and attach video.     
  5. Our team will verify and provide instructions for return pickup or drop-off.
  6. Once approved, you will be advised on how and where to return the item.

Note: Do not return any items without prior approval from Honda Capital.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is initiated for reasons not caused by Honda Capital (e.g., customer changed their mind), return shipping will be borne by the customer.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Honda Capital.

Refund Options:

  • Bank Transfer: For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the customer's designated bank account within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Store Credit/Voucher: Customers may opt for a store credit instead of a refund.
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Conditions:

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 20–25 business days via the original payment method or in the form of Store Credit as mentioned in this policy (refer to Section 7)
  • Refunds will be made only after returned items are received, inspected and approved to have met all the conditional criteria mentioned in this policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Product returned in a used or damaged condition (unless originally received that way)
  • Product returned without order number, original packaging, unopened packing and invoice
  • Unapproved returns

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns (i.e., item is incorrect or defective).

  • Exchange requests must be made within (48) Forty-Eight Hours of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement product.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

8. Return & Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited. Returns will only be accepted if:

·       The wrong item was delivered.

·       The item is damaged during transit (and reported within 24 hours with clear, admissible proof).

·       The item remains unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Important:

·       Installed, Used, or Opened items are NOT eligible for return.

·       Lubricants (Oils) are NOT returnable once opened due to safety and contamination concerns.


9. Undeliverable or Rejected Orders

If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or order rejection without valid reason:

·       Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

·       The original shipping fee is Non-Refundable.


10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting Customer Support (see Section 12)
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
  • For Unfulfilled Orders (see Shipping Policy), customers will be contacted for confirmation. If not confirmed, the order will be cancelled automatically without any charges.

11. Special Cases

Honda Capital reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a return or refund if the claim is found to be fraudulent or abusive
  • Make the final decision in all return and refund matters
  • Provide no reason whatsoever for refusing a return, refund
  • Cancel orders without providing reason if deemed necessary
