At Honda Capital, we take pride in being an authorised dealership of Atlas Honda Limited, offering a range of premium motorcycles, genuine and non-genuine parts, accessories, and Atlas Engineering Lubricants. 

This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and commitments in delivering your order safely and efficiently.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only deliver within Pakistan. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed or shipped. All deliveries are handled through reputable courier services or transportation companies, depending on the type, size, and nature of the goods.


2. Order Processing Time
  • Order Verification & Packaging: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) ONLY AFTER receiving full payment confirmation.

  • Motorcycles: May require additional verification, documentation, and coordination, with a dispatch timeline of 6 to 14 business days. (ONLY Sold & Delivered within RAWALPINDI and ISLAMABAD)

  • Genuine Spare Parts and Non-Genuine Parts, Accessories, Lubricants: Typically dispatched within 4 business days post-payment.

Note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be considered the next business day's order.

Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, political unrest, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Weight and volume

  • Delivery location

Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly indicated on eligible products or order values.

We strive to keep delivery costs reasonable. In specific cases (see section 6), Honda Capital may employ alternative shipping methods to minimize the customer’s delivery burden.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp or Email (if available from the courier partner). Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment and may contact us for support at any stage of the delivery process.


6. High-Value or Heavy-Weight Orders (Due Diligence Orders)

Orders that meet either of the following criteria are flagged as Unfulfilled Orders and will not be dispatched immediately:

  • Invoice amount exceeding PKR 20,000, or
  • Total weight exceeding 20 Kilograms

Due Diligence Process:

  • These orders will be subject to manual verification and confirmation by Honda Capital personnel.
  • A representative will contact the customer via phone or email to confirm the order and verify relevant details.
  • Upon confirmation, suitable and cost-effective shipping options (e.g., freight transport, local logistics providers) will be proposed to ensure minimal delivery charges.
  • No such order will be processed, charged, or dispatched without the customer’s express consent.

If the customer opts not to proceed, the order will be marked as Cancelled and no payment will be charged (or refunded, if already paid, unless deemed otherwise).


7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Do Not Accept the delivery.

  • Contact our customer support immediately with photographic evidence.

We will arrange for a replacement, return, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


8. Returns & Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited. Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item is damaged during transit (and reported within 24 hours with clear proof).

  • The item remains unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Important:

  • Installed, Used, or Opened items are NOT eligible for return.

  • Lubricants (Oils) are NOT returnable once opened due to safety and contamination concerns.


9. Undeliverable or Rejected Orders

If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or order rejection without valid reason:

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • The original shipping fee is Non-Refundable.

10. Packaging

All products are securely packaged to ensure they reach the customer in pristine condition. Fragile items (e.g., engine oils, spare parts) are packed with extra cushioning and sealed properly.
